Chakradance Unplugged MONDAY 28 OCTOBER 7:30PM

Allow Michelle Anstey to introduce you to CHAKRADANCE™ 7 Keys to Freedom, a well-being movement practice that uses spontaneous dance, to specific chakra-resonant music, for the purpose of healing and re-tuning your whole energy system.

At the heart of Chakradance is the music.

There is no right or wrong way to move your body. It’s a journey of self-discovery.

Think of it as a ‘dynamic moving meditation to music’… or as ‘the musical sister of yoga’ (without the set-piece poses or asanas). The experience concludes with participants creating a personal mandala, to help ‘anchor’ their experience and for their own personal use in reflecting on the class in the following days.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water.

No dance or artistic ability is required, EVERYONE IS WELCOME!!
