Margaret’s House serves a free meal to adults in HRM and is located at 43 Wentworth Street in Dartmouth.  Lunch is served 7 days a week from 12 – 12:30 pm and supper is served Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 4:30 – 5:00 pm.  Support for Margaret’s House comes from corporate groups, local churches and community groups.  The women from our UCW Unit have been making a full nutritious meal for the patrons of Margaret’s House for over 20 years on the 1st Tuesday of each month.  There is always an ongoing need for items such as:  adult-size coats, mitts, boots, socks, etc during the winter months and also donations of apple juice, blankets, sturdy shoes, etc. year round.  If you would like more information, please contact our Church Office @ 902-434-7714.
