No Families Connect June 23rd
There has been a mix up with the schedule for Families Connect this month. There will be no event taking place this Saturday June 23rd, which was announced at church last Sunday. We apologize for the mix up. Stay tuned as we will be planning a get together this summer.
Family Paint Night
Come join us Saturday June 2nd for our next family night event at CHWUC. Lisa from Empty Nest Designs will be our guest as she guides us through painting a masterpiece.
This event will be tailored for both kids and adults, with different sized canvases for each. There will also be a space setup for little ones to paint their own creation.
We would like to know if you are able to come in advance, if possible. There is a sign-up sheet in the Narthex. You can also contact the church or Kelly Warren to book a space.
Note there will be no potluck meal to share this night. Snacks and refreshments will be provided.

Cost: $20 (adults) / $10 (kids)

Sunday Worship Services will take place at 10:00am in the Sanctuary only starting 20 May until 02 September 2018. Everyone is welcome, come join us!!

Sunday Worship Service will be held 10:30 in the Sanctuary 06 & 13 May 2018. (There will be no Chapel Services on these dates).

Paint Night @ CHWUC
Come join us Friday June 2nd from 7-9 pm for a great evening of painting as we all try our hand at painting a masterpiece, or something resembling one that we can proudly hang in our home. Our host for the evening will be Lisa from Empty Nest Designs. Tickets are $40. They can be purchased in advance, or at the door. Refreshments will be provided.

Synopsis:
Welcome to the “Great Gator and Chicken Plantation” of Louisiana! The home of Captain Christopher P. Saunders, who is about to reveal his most secret recipe yet! But wait, suspicion abounds as the Captain is certain that someone within his inner circle may be trying to steal his recipe and be willing to use “Foul Play” to get it!
It’s a houseful of unruly servants, butlers and maids along with a family that is nuttier than a jar of peanut butter! Throw in two “odd” detectives, an infamous “gator” hunter and an off the wall sheriffs department and you have a good description of Fowler County and its’ zany first family!
